How to fix Window 10's Bluetooth problem

Before like a month or so my computer had been affected by virus, and I got it fixed. But after that day my Bluetooth on and off button in my settings is not there, The Bluetooth option in my Device manager is not there either....any tips on how to fix it?

    I was reading your case scenario issue and I wonder if you had tried to follow the next document on which is found your scenario. You shall find the following issues highlighted as shown down below:

    The Bluetooth icon is missing, or Bluetooth can't be turned on or off.

    Bluetooth doesn't work after a Windows 10 update is installed.

    Bluetooth doesn't work after you upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 or Windows 7.

    Bluetooth doesn't appear in Device Manager, and there are no unknown devices listed.

    Hello,

    Most likely some device settings have been disabled or drivers for bluetooth device needs to be reinstalled after the repair.

    You can check if the device is present and enabled in:

    Device Manager

    The device should appear under the Bluetooth subtree

    In case it is not appearing you will need to consult the manufacturers website to install the proper drivers for this device to be detected by Windows.

    You can also perform a health check a repair in order to ensure that all the components of Windows are working correctly:

    You need to install Bluetooth driver.

    I just fixed all, I think my Windows Bluetooth problems with Windows using new Bluetooth devices! Go to Intel and download they're updated 2024 drivers instead of continuing to use Windows old 2006 drivers😝
