Hi,

in Azure AD, I can switch between different tenants. Now I want to leave one of them. So I go to Azure AD, Manage Tenants, select the one and click on "Leave Tenant". Then I'm forwarded to myaccount.microsoft.com but there I get the following error message (see screenshot)

Is there any other way to do that?

Kind Regards

Erik

@Erik Neumann Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you are trying to perform steps to leave an organization for your Azure AD Account.

Detailed steps on how to achieve this has been documented here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/leave-the-organization in some scenarios you might need to contact the tenant admin to check if they have any configuration defined - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/leave-the-organization#:~:text=can%20use%20the-,External%20user%20leave%20settings,-to%20control%20whether

Also regarding the above error "An error occurred while trying to update your organizations list" have you tried this operation from the different browser/clearing the cache of the browser, if the issue still persists even from a different browser/clearing the cache.

Please send me an email to 'XXXXX@microsoft.com' with Sub - Attn: Givary and following details in the email body:
