I have the same problem
While creating Resource group in sandbox directory it is showing an error as "192fe359-e72a-fa7e-dcd5-95e985e7eac9/Microsoft.Authorization/webapps-assignment'

I am using sandbox learn directory. In that I am trying to create VM. while creating resource group it is suggested by learning team to use by default name that is "Learn" but its giving below error. Please help.

I am using sandbox learn directory. I am trying to create VM. Virtual Machines > Create>Virtual Machines> when I am choosing Resource group learn-b37bf7bf-f0d3-48a2-8629-f22f51658f06 it brings error and I am not able to create VM.
could you please let me know the error and how I can create VMs in sandbox learning directory.
