How fix "TasksOperationsNotAllowed"

I am completing the following step "Build a Docker image and upload it to Azure Container Registry" and get the following error massage below,

Code: TasksOperationsNotAllowed

Message: ACR Tasks requests for the registry Dar33 and bb1d908d-fa50-4ee2-a7c7-ef5f4b800aec are not permitted. Please file an Azure support request at http://aka.ms/azuresupport for assistance.

    i am use free azure. also encounter TasksOperationsNotAllowed in the automated delployment menu of AKS. how about the issue process ?
