Have you tried;
- Reset bios
- Update bios
- Clean TPM
- Re-install the computer from scratch

For some odd reason, Windows auto-pilot pre-provisioning on devices with intel 11th gen cpu are failing with error "Something happened, and TPM attestation timed out".
I am using the following OS Build:
OS: Windows 11 24H2 OS Build 26100.2605
This doesnt seem to happen on other (older and newer) intel computers.
