We use a Microsoft Remote Desktop App 10.0.18.1251 to access the server via Android tablets. The App crashed randomly giving a white screen with a red/orange loading circle. The connection remains active but is frozen. If you try to close the app and relaunch it, it shows the preciously frozen session. When the App locks up, the screen is nearly un-usable. Relaunching the app is ineffective. typically a restart is necessary for the connection/app to reset. But this is not a long-term fix as this happens every-other-day.

The hardware remains usable.

It is not a connection issue as the cable is newly ran direct to the server.

We use the fully defined domain host name as the path.

The event viewer on the server shows no loss of connection so it appears to be an APP failure.

What do you recommend to fix this?
