I contacted you. Someone from your team tried to access my computer from quick help. But I can't get the update. And I couldn't access quick help. I waited for hours but he didn't log in to quick help.

2025-01-04T22:44:59+00:00 Your other friends who were going to help me couldn't help me because the quick help program gave an error. Because they had to connect to my computer remotely. What other options can we use to solve this situation? Because I can't use any of the features of Microsoft. Windows 11 does not update in any way.
