In your description, you are using the printer to print only in black.
I appreciate the inconvenience and frustration this is causing you at this time.
We want to help you resolve the issue, but we need to know more to help you find out why the problem is occurring.
What is this printer connected via? Is it a USB cable, or a network?
When you print, is there a setting for “Color Print” or “Black and White Print” or something similar?
In which application are you currently experiencing this problem?
