Azure Credits Not Reflecting on Azure Portal

Hi,

I recently activated my Azure Credits after signing up for founder's Hub using my work mail (Microsoft Account). I decided to check Azure Portal using that same work mail and I realized there was no active subscription on it even though I did follow the necessary prompt to activate and link my work mail to Founder's Hub portal.

How can I go about this? Or solve it.
