Hi, I can't retrieve my BitLocker recovery key and need to format my drive. I have tried formating the drive through the advanced option without luck, please could you advise how I can get my drive formatted.

    Hello,

    Using File Explorer:

    • open File Explorer (Win + E).
    • Right-click on the drive and select Format.
    • Choose the file system (e.g., NTFS) and click Start.
