Dell precision 5540 Screen flickers and graphc error

I have Dell precision 5540 and just bought it from my friend no issue he changed the ssd to 512 and i install window 10 22h2, no issue at all when i uptade and done drivers install net frames and visual c++ and others drivers after that issue start happening in black screen like chat-GPT and visual studio code it like when you touch mouse pad and keyboard after like rest for 2 second and touch it pannel backlight go dim very slightly and then at normal and it is so obivious i can't explain but i hope you understand, I uptade it to window 11 pro (It has orignal copy window 10 so thats why install window 10 first then uptade) and uptade it to 24h2 then issue remain same but increses show in image, it is happing in these app only, i have disable uhd 630 graphic and it runs fine completely and buy disabling nvidia this issue resolve but flicking does not. my specificaion is :

Intel core i5 9400H

intel UHD 630

Nvidia Quadro T100

32 GB DDR4 26670 MHZ

samsung ssd 512

I have run csgo 2 it runs just fine no issue at all.

Advancing my answer I dual boot to window 10 and i only install nvidia and intel UDH graphic card and issue still presist in winodw 10 also no other drivers or software and i have stress test igpu no issue and play games on it no issue and games, UHD 630 not for gaming but perfomance it should give, I am getting no hardware issue

edditing my question, I have install ubuntu 20.04.01 and it works fantastic, i like window because of compatiblity and prescense of software and it has please Microsoft fix this issue
