looking to automate RI purchase using RI recommendation option

Hi,

I am looking to automate the below steps, Could you please help me on this.

Step 1: Fetches all RI recommendations (raw CSV) from Azure Cost Management and stores them in Azure Blob Storage.

Step 2: Processes the CSV (Azure Logic Apps or Functions) to apply filtering rules and generate a refined filtered list of VMs eligible for RI purchase.

Step 3: Reads the filtered recommendations and automates the RI purchase using a PowerShell Runbook in Azure Automation.

Any alternate thoughts or recommendation will be highly appreciated.
