Why is my mobile search not giving me points?

I searched on both my laptop and phone. Yesterday, I still received 60 points from 20 searches on my phone. But this morning, after searching on my computer, I didn’t receive any points from searching on my phone anymore.

    Hello @Linh Lê ,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A

There are several reasons that could cause the issue:

    • Rapid-fire or repetitive searches.
    • Switching between devices (e.g., phone to laptop) too quickly.
    • Using VPNs, proxies, or shared IP addresses.
    • Performing searches outside of your usual location or time pattern.

Here is what you can do toward this situation:

    1. Wait 48–72 hours: The restriction is often temporary and may lift automatically if your search behavior returns to normal.
    2. Avoid VPNs or proxies: These can trigger the system’s anti-abuse mechanisms.
    3. Search manually and naturally: Avoid copy-pasting or using scripts.
    4. Check your Rewards dashboard: Look for any warning messages or limits.

The best way to get assistance is by contacting the Microsoft Rewards Support team directly. They’ll be able to review your account and provide specific help.

You can submit a support request here: https://rewards.bing.com/support

    Once you’re on the page:

    1. Sign in with the account associated with your Rewards.
    2. Select the appropriate category (e.g., “Points” or “Promotions”).
    3. Provide details about the missing bonus.

This ensures your case is handled by the right team.
