NEW OUTLOOK - CAN'T CHANGE FOLDER NAME

Hi everyone, good day.

I just accepted the new outlook version and seems to me that i can't change any folder name like image attached down below.

Any one else also having trouble with this? Could you guys help me?

    Based on your provided photos, you're using Outlook in Portuguese, and the context menu you're seeing does not include an option to rename the folder. This might be due to a limitation or change in the new Outlook version you just accepted. Here are several suggestions that you can consider trying:  

    1. Check your Folder Type Restrictions: Default folders like Inbox, Sent Items, or Drafts can't be renamed. 
    2. Check Permissions: If you're using a shared mailbox or a work/school account (business account), you might not have permission to rename folders.

    1. Use Right-Click to a folder: In some versions, right-clicking a folder should show a “Rename” option. If it’s missing, that might be a limitation of New Outlook (occasionally happened). 
    2. Switch back to classic Outlook (if available) and try renaming the folder there. 
    3. Use Outlook Web App (OWA) to see if renaming works there. 

    Additionally, you can check for updates to ensure you're on the latest version of the new Outlook.
