I am paying monthly (£8.49 on 2nd each month) for my Microsoft 365 Personal account, but have been charged £84.99 on 11th June, which I don't understand. I only have 1 subscription for 1 account, so am requesting a refund of this charge which can only be a mistake by Microsoft.

PS I've repeatedly followed the suggested steps without success-keeps going round in circles! Can't get through via suggested phone help lines - can't speak to an actual person!

Totally frustrated by not being able to get a simple answer or speak to anyone, and am £84.99 out of pocket with no way of requesting a refund, which I need!

PPS photos attached of my monthly £8.49 payment on 2nd June, plus the £84.99 payment taken without my knowledge on 11th June for which I am requesting a refund, as seems to be a double payment and (see above). I am hoping for a response from Microsoft and a speedy refund - this process has taken hours if not days!
