How to remove Global Secure Access program from MSFT domain joined machines?

Currently Global Secure Access is required software for all domain joined machines. It also re-enables itself while the machines are in use. This is a MASSIVE problem for two reasons:

  1. It blocks connection to and will disconnect active MSFT-AzVPN-Manual sessions. This just happened to me.
  2. It blocks Windows Update while active, sometimes for weeks at a time.

I assume this is suppoed to be a better default VPN or firewall but right now it is effectivly malware. I cannot get to several internal sites without the MSFT-AzVPN-Manual running. Random inturruptions can cost me hours when doing hardware updates via systems that do not allow reconnection. I've got extermely reliable home internet, a UPS and a generator. This Program is by far my biggest cause of connection loss.

Please enable removing this roadblock to productivity for all remote workers until it actually is more useful than the alternatives.
