buenos dias, yo tengo mi cuenta de minecraft con microsoft y cuando quiero entrar me pide, correo electrónico, que lo coloco bien y despues me pide el codigo de verificacion que me enviaron a mi cuenta de outlook, pero el codigo nunca me llega y no puedo iniciar sesion.

Good morning, I have my Minecraft account with Microsoft and when I try to log in it asks me for my email address, which I entered correctly, and then it asks me for the verification code that they sent to my Outlook account, but the code never arrives and I can't log in.
