How to fix Bluetooth Driver not working

Hello.

I'm having problems with my Bluetooth Driver, version 23.90.0.8, on my custom built PC running Windows 11. It won't let me connect any Bluetooth device to my computer. When I went into the Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) Properties via Device Manager, it said the following:

"This device cannot start. (Code 10)

STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE"

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem persisted. The "Roll Back Driver" box is also grayed out, so that isn't an option.

This all happened over the last 5 days, because I connected my AirPods to my PC with no problems last week. When I tried it again yesterday, they wouldn't connect.

I look forward to anything that may help.

Welp, I did some more tinkering and found a way to get it working again. I updated to a past driver version. I don't see how this is any different than rolling back my driver but hey, it worked.
