The email with an invoice that came from Microsoft 365 Business Premium in the amount of $533.91 came in todays email.
I'm 99.9% sure this is Fraud or phishing. I am not calling the number or responding in any other way.

Hi, and welcome to the Microsoft community.
Sign in to your Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Bills and payments > "Invoices" tab and see if there is an invoice there.
