Bing and manage account billing

My Bind Ads Manager account keeps getting $50 paychecks monthly from my debit card automatically. I need to deactivate this. It does so even without my balance being $0. 

If I cannot deactivate this, how can I delete my manager account? I deleted all my campaigns, so now I won't have any expenses on ads, however I am afraid that in 20 days another unwanted $50 payckeck will be withdrawn from my card.

    It sounds like you have auto-recharge enabled on your account. Auto-recharge ensures your prepaid account is always funded by automatically charging your primary payment method once your account balance reaches 20% of the recharge amount.
