Unknown charge

I just got charged 250 dollars even on my debit card. It says Microsoft ADS Microsoft way RTI. What is this, I don’t have any subscriptions or recent ordered or charges listed when I logged into my Microsoft account.

If you have a Microsoft Advertising account where you set your debit card as a payment method, you may try accessing your account to learn more about the charge. You can follow the steps below:

    1. Log in to https://ads.microsoft.com. 
    2. Go to Billing from the left menu then, go to Transactions.

    I do not have nor have I ever had a Microsoft advertising account. I just tried to log in and it says there is no account associated with my email address.
