What is the exact functionality of bat.bing.  Does it track your site usage and searches?  Does it accumulate personal data?

    The webpage Bat.bing.com is a host for Bing Ads Conversion tracking code. This webpage is owned by Microsoft and works directly with Bing Ads UET script. When a search user clicks on their Bing-powered ad and navigates to the advertiser’s web page, the script sends a beacon/signal to the Bat.Bing servers. The raw UET data is first analyzed in the Visitation pipeline to evaluate goals that are met.
