This ads platform is too disappointing. The search keyword report indicators in the promotion accounts in China have not been updated for four hours, while the Baidu search keyword reports in China are real-time and can be controlled to a 2-minute update level. I would like to ask how long it will take to update the search term report indicators for accounts in other regions?

    It seems that you are based in China and require support with your already created Microsoft Advertising account. The process for account creation and interacting with support teams in China differs depending on your targeting options. If you are based in China and aim to target mainland China (domestically), we can send over your details to a dedicated team that can contact you within a week. If you are based in China but are targeting cross border/ outbound locations, the support process differs depending on your account model.

I am in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, and the team I am in contact with cannot solve this problem. Therefore, I came to this forum to ask if there are any other ways to adjust the update frequency or time of the search term report.

When you are reviewing your Microsoft Advertising metrics to see how you can improve your campaign performance, it is important to know if the most recent activity is included. Most metrics are in real time and are continually updated during the day. A few metrics take a bit longer to load and some reports are updated once a day. You may also consider creating a search term report yourself. A search term report shows what people are searching for when your ads are shown.
