Why am I permanently banned from Microsoft Ads for a payment issue?

I did business with Microsoft Ads for 4 years, spending approximately $65k per year on pay per click ads. When I closed down my business, the email the account was tied to became inactivate. Apparently, I had a $50 balance that was unpaid. I attempted to reactivate my account and there was a message inside my account that says I was suspended. When I called support, I was told that the account was too old to be paid and that I was banned for life from the platform. What kind of treatment is this? I am happy to pay for the mistake since it was only $50. I am interested in starting new businesses and do not feel it is fair that an innocent mistake has lifetime consequences. I was told I could make new accounts, but they would also be banned. Please assist me in appealing this unfair policy. Hundreds of thousands of dollars spent and this is how I am treated? Banned for life over $50? This is absurd. I will surely take this issue to social media with all my proof if this goes unaddressed. Please someone from the Ads department read this and take action. Support in the Philippines told me there was nothing that could be done but it is clear they have zero authority. It is completely unjust that Microsoft has so much power, that they can literally force me to change careers because I am banned for life from digital marketing on their monopolized global platform. I am asking that the Ads Department review my account and give me the chance to appeal this terrible decision.
