My ads suddenly disappeared?

I have the same campaigns running since 2019. Sometimes I fix keywords, sometimes I fix a title. Today I wanted to check the texts of the ads, and the campaigns, running, and paid, appear to have no ads. I can see stats of the keywords, but I'm wondering what those stats may ever refer to, as there are no ads to apply them! What is going on? Should I just erase all my campaigns and start from zero?

I hope you're doing well today!

I'm sending this message for a quick recap of our phone call regarding your concern on ad copy not showing up & unable to edit the ad copy.

I recommended to try other browser then as we switch from Firefox to Google Chrome the issue was resolved.

Browser compatibility can be the cause of this issue and as a workaround we recommend login in using a private/incognito window or trying different browsers like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

    Hi Elena Menci

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Advertising Community Forum.

Base on your statement the issue is when you checked the ad copies, you're not able to see it but you are able to confirm that there are stats on your keywords which should be connected to those ads.

Kindly check the status if it's on All ads and also if there are any filters that prevent the ad copies from showing.

I hope the information provided here will at least partly answer your question. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support.  I have also sent you a private message asking for further details. You are more than welcome to respond to me so I can begin the investigation on my end.

    Thank you,

    Hi John Mark,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, you understood my issue.

For additional info, I had checked filters before posting this, as I had already read a couple of threads that mentioned them; there were no filters on. A few minutes earlier, I had changed my account preferences => language from Italian to English (US) as I couldn't understand a couple of things that had been badly translated. I tried to switch back to Italian and the ads reappeared. I would like to keep the account language in English, though, it's better for me to find solutions to small problems without contacting any assistance and it avoids misunderstandings.

My ads reappeared, but I keep having issues. My main campaign kept flagging to be "out of budget", although I had set a very low budget that had never been an issue in these last 4 years, and the ads weren't enabled. I tried to change the set budget, the flag didn't change. I set it lower, I set it higher, refreshed the page, nothing changed. I have another old, smaller campaign running, it appeared ok on the campaign page, but when I opened the ads page, its ads were flagged as expired (?). Also, I couldn't open any ad in order to edit them, because all of them were flagged with flags that made no sense (out of budget? expired? How can it be expired when the campaign itself is not and the keywords connected to it are active and gathering data?)

As I needed a campaign running as soon as possible, yesterday I erased my old campaigns and I started a new one from scratch. Still nothing editable, but the new ad shows a "not revised yet" flag, and I really do hope it is just a matter of time, because it was a rushed setup and I need to edit it.

    Thanks in advance.
