Ads account not getting verified - arab national bank - error uploading docs

Dears,

i tried to upload documents in business verification and when i upload documents it shows error.

i tried with PDF and PNG and both errors.

please note our documents are in Arabic, maybe that's the issue?

    The documentation you'll need to provide depends on your location, but rest assured, language won't be a barrier in the verification process.

    I understand that you're looking to verify your identity as a business. You can do so if you have documentation registered with your local government or a recognized registration authority within any of the following categories:

    • Companies, corporations, partnerships, or non-profit organizations
    • Government entities or public institutions
    • Registered affiliates who own their business and websites

    How to Verify Your Business

    1. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu and select Account verifications.
    • If you manage multiple accounts, choose the relevant one from the dropdown menu at the top left.
    1. Under Advertiser Identity Verification (AIV) status, select Become a verified advertiser.
    2. Review the What is Advertiser Identity Verification (AIV)? section and click Next.
    3. Choose Verify as a business.
    4. Confirm and verify your account’s business name and location.
    • Important: This must match the information in the documents you submit—otherwise, verification may fail. You can update your details in account settings if needed.
    1. Enter your Business Website and Business Email Address.
    2. Submit documentation proving your business owns the domain, such as:
    • Receipt of domain purchase
    • GoDaddy or Shopify account details
    • After entering your business email address, request a verification code by selecting Send verification code.
    • You'll receive an email with the code—enter it in the provided field.
    • If you’ve used a personal email instead of a business domain, additional personal identification documents will be required.
    1. If you don’t receive a code, you can request another once the option is re-enabled.
    2. Provide your Business Registration Number (this may differ based on location—for example, EIN in the US or VAT in the EU).
    3. Submit official documents verifying your business name and address, such as:
    • Business license
    • Certificate of incorporation or registration
    • DUNS certificate
    • Extract from the commercial register
    • Tax certificate
    1. If your domain is registered to your business, submit documentation proving your rights to it.
    2. If your email isn’t linked to a business domain, you must also verify your personal identity.
    3. Click Next, review your information, and submit your application.

    Thank you for your response! May I ask if you're completing the Advertiser Identity Verification (AIV) on a PC rather than through the app?

    If you're using a browser on your PC, I recommend trying a simple troubleshooting step: clear your cookies and cache, then attempt the process in private mode.
