Hi Christian,
Thank you for using Microsoft Advertising Forum!
Based on your post, it appears that you’re having issues with the website document that you submitted for your account’s identity verification.
Microsoft Advertising requires advertiser identity verification to ensure that customers see ads from trusted sources to improve their overall experience. When we require advertiser identity verification for your account, we'll send you an email and an in-product notification with steps to complete your verification. We'll use the documentation you provide to verify your business name and location.
For the Website documents on Advertiser Identity Verification, you can provide proof of your registered rights to the website. Please submit documentation which proves that your business has registered rights to the domain. This can be the actual photo or a screenshot of a receipt of your domain purchase or domain renewal.
If you will be retrying again, you will have to upload again the business document and the website document and both documents have to be uploaded in their respective fields with the same name.
