Ads Dispapproved due to inacessible website

i have this issue with bing disapproving my ads due to "inaccessible website". My websites work well and i even contacted my host about this issue, they checked and everything was okay with the websites. I use go daddy hosting and i have been using them for years and never had issues. I got two new domain and hosted them with godaddy last week and started experiencing this issue with bing ads when i started using the new domains. i have submitted an exceptional review with bing a couple of times, but they keep disapproving my ads. i am stuck. Does any one have some suggestions. I will greatly appreciate.
