Can you please help me verify our Advertiser identity verification. We have received the following message:

Status: Failed Please upload documentation establishing a connection between your business and its domain. Please explain what documentation is required to establish a connection between our business and the domain?

To clarify, our business is E******e Ltd. Our domain is b*******.ai

When you visit the domain ***********l.ai, scroll to the bottom of the site and check the footer you will see our business name and business address. The footer contains a proof that establishes a connection between the domain) and our business:

    Hi Kaloyan,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Community Forum!

I understand that you've unsuccessfully attempted to complete Advertiser Identity Verification (AIV). There is not a checklist with exact documents for each country or business type to share with you, but the ones you had been asked to provide are quite common.

You can basically upload any official documents you have that are related to your domain/main URL you have your advertising activities on. During the process, you can provide information about your legally registered business, including Business website and Business email address. Advertisers must input their business website, domain, business registration ID, and registration number, then upload relevant documents to support business and domain verifications. An example of a domain verification is the receipt the customer received when purchasing or renewing their domain. (Example of a public domain: yahoo.com/gmail.com/xxx ; non-public domain: CompanyName.com/xxx).

Please note that you may have to submit your documents and appeal the decision up to three times before we could raise an escalation for your case via our support teams. For further information about the overall process, please see the extended Forum article on this platform:

I hope the information provided here will at least partly answer your question.  If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to reach out to our support. I have also sent you a private message asking for further details.

Moving forward, please only share your account specific details privately because we take your security very seriously. You are more than welcome to respond to me so that I can begin the investigation on my end.
