No Campaigns Will Show Ads

We have been in Microsoft Ads advertiser for many years today at 11 AM Pacific standard time the campaign we were running, stopped for no reason it was fully funded. Plenty of budget left. I increased the budget anyways, and nothing happened even after several hours. I switched to another campaign. It came on for 30 minutes and it went off. It also was well funded. None of our campaigns will come on I enable them, but there are no ads that show. I have called for assistance twice. There are no flags on the account. There are no issues they say they are escalating it but I have no idea what the problem is as this ever happened to you and what was the fix?

    Please know that this is currently a known issue that some text ads campaigns have stopped serving. We have sent this over to our Engineering team and will follow up with you immediately with an update. 

    Our Engineering team is aware of this issue and is diligently investigating and working for a fix. I will provide you update once its fixed, feel free to reply to my Private Message for further assistance.

    Please accept our sincerest apology for the trouble. I’ve created a ticket about this for you and will keep monitoring the issue until it is resolved.

    Oh wow. I'm having the same problem. Ads were performing great last 11/15 Eastern Time. I ran out of budget, and when it was 11/16 Eastern Time, the budget was supposed to reset. But it just didn't deliver.

    I have duplicated the campaign and still nothing's working.

    States the issue has been fixed. It isnt fixed. The ads runs for 30 minutes or so then stopped being delivered again. Tested it this morning. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.
