How long do impressions start to appear after starting Shopping Campaign

How long do impressions start to appear? I am currently using a shopping campaign with maximized clicks with a Max CPC of 0.25 (I start low), anyways I watched a video and a person said it can take around a week to start getting traffic and to be patient when upping your bids. I am unsure whether this is true or not, as this was just a random person online. So how long does it usually take to start seeing results? I have started this campaign maybe 10 hours ago and I have not seen anything yet, which I understand it takes time.

Also, my delivery is currently set on "Limited: Bid Strategy is learning" so I am not sure if this affects anything. Thank you

    Hi Christopher.

As you set an automatic bid strategy (Maximize clicks) you are letting the system understanding what are the best bids for each query to achieve the goal. This means that the system is now studing and it's true that it could take up to one week to finish.

Normally I suggest to start with a manual bid strategy (you set the bid) and then, after a consistent amount of data in terms of clicks/conversions, switch to an automatic strategy. In this case infact, the system already has a huge amount of data and the "learning" period is definitevly shorter.

    Ciao

    Gaetano

Hello, thank you for the reply. However, I am running a shopping campaign and there is no such bidding strategy as manual CPC , There is only Enhanced CPC, Maximize Clicks, and Target ROAS.

There does not seem to be an option for Manual CPC

The "pure manual" does not exist anymore. You should use the "Enhanced CPC": you set the bid for each KW or AdGroup and then the system adjusts it (up or down) when it thinks there is a high or low possibility of a conversion (in the meanwhile the set bid will be applied).

The average CPC will be anyway the one you set
