Sounds like its a system issue on the Bing Ads end from the responses I am receiving from support.
I have been told to raise my CPC from $0.20, so I raised it to $0.50. (I get traffic at $0.20 on Google).
I have been told to raise my budget from $10/day (test), so I raised it to $50/day. My budget is much higher on Google because their system has proven to me that it works and it converts.
I was told by support after 5 days of successful feed uploads that my 19k row product catalog feed would need another 2-3 days to process., so I reduced the product catalog feed to about 200 products.
The Bing Ads console does not do a very good job of managing client expectations. Everything shows status OK in the Catalog Summary. The Store Summary shows 0 products awaiting review and everything in stock (15k products) as "active".
Lets see how things go and how long it takes to resolve the issues with the reduced feed size. So far, the Bing system issues have cost Bing and Bing search partners # of days ads are not live x my daily budget in revenue.
Can anyone reading this that has had success with Bing Ads chime in with feedback on my problem? Is everyone experiencing this?
