Speech recognition accuracy

I am using the speech recognition feature on my new Surface Book 2. I have used dragon in the past. How do I make it more accurate, or learn the words or terms I frequently use? I have tried reading to it but it does not seem to be helping.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to us. Regarding your concern, you can improve its accuracy or to understand you better by going to Control Panel > Speech Recognition > Configure your Speech Recognition experience.

    I would also suggest experimenting with Windows Dictation. I have found it to be more accurate than Speech Recognition.  (Windows key + H).
