We suggest the methods below to troubleshoot the camera issue:
- Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and check Windows Update.
- Run the System File Checker.
- Reset the Camera app. Go to search > search for apps & features > Locate and click the camera app > Choose advance option > reset.
- Go to device manager > look for system devices > Can you please confirm if you have "Intel Control Logic"? If you do, right-click on it, click uninstall then check the box that says "Delete the driver software for the device" > Then restart the device. If you see 3 Intel Control Logic drivers, try to uninstall one first and if it doesn't work, delete the rest.
