I have the surface duo.
The power turns on, showing the logo and "powered by android." It stops. When I hit the power button again, a box appears stating, "lockdown, Power off, restart." I have not pressed the "lockdown" button. I have pressed the "power off" and "restart" buttons, but nothing has happened. I have let charge for 15", 1 hour, and for the night. Nothing.
I do not know if it is a power and battery issue or a display and screen issue, or it could be something else.
