    Hi, Andre Grift!

Thanks for letting us know that you're having issues with your Surface Duo. IT sounds like the device might be stuck in a boot loop, which could be caused by a software or hardware issue. There are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

    • Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds to force a shutdown, then press it again to restart your device.
    • Try a different charger and USB-C to make sure your device is getting enough power.
    • Charge your device for at least an hour before trying to turn it on again.
    • Reset your device to factory settings by following the steps in this website: Reset Surface Duo to factory settings - Microsoft Support

In case you need further assistance, you can get in contact with support by following the steps below:

    1. Please go to: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
    2. Select Devices
    3. Select Get Home Support
    4. Click: Don't want to use the Get Help app? Get support in your browser
    5. Type out Surface Duo
    6. Press Get help
    7. On the bottom click contact support or sign in to contact support
    8. From the drop lists select the items that apply and then you get a list of available options to get a support agent to contact you depending on your selected issue

    Thank you.
