- Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds to force a shutdown, then press it again to restart your device.
- Try a different charger and USB-C to make sure your device is getting enough power.
- Charge your device for at least an hour before trying to turn it on again.

- From the drop lists select the items that apply and then you get a list of available options to get a support agent to contact you depending on your selected issue
