Microsoft Complete Warranty NOT SHOWING UP WITH MY SURFACE BOOK 3

I bought a Surface Book 3 with a Microsoft Complete 3 year warranty. It was purchased AT THE SAME TIME I bought my laptop last Monday - FROM THE Microsoft Store. Since it was delivered on Monday, THERE IS STILL NO WARRANTY CONNECTED TO MY DEVICE. 

THE REASON WHY I AM SO ANGRY is that I have called customer service, waited for call back and when you do call me back, you inform me that my callback is CANCELLED. When I attempt chat, either it is closed for the day early or it HANGS.

I NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE CARE OF THIS. AND I NEED A RESPONSE.

    I have having the same issue right now and I am livid.

    Why am I having to hunt them down to resolve this.

    Did your issue get resolved?

    The other thing I was told is that Complete 3 year warranty. Why would I pay more for less features?! Are you experiencing this?
