I bought a Surface Book 3 with a Microsoft Complete 3 year warranty. It was purchased AT THE SAME TIME I bought my laptop last Monday - FROM THE Microsoft Store. Since it was delivered on Monday, THERE IS STILL NO WARRANTY CONNECTED TO MY DEVICE.
THE REASON WHY I AM SO ANGRY is that I have called customer service, waited for call back and when you do call me back, you inform me that my callback is CANCELLED. When I attempt chat, either it is closed for the day early or it HANGS.
I NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE CARE OF THIS. AND I NEED A RESPONSE.
