Surface duo 2 and CGM

Why does none of the CGM glucose monitors work on the Surface Duo 2 phone? This is very frustrating and it's these type of issues that make one reconsider using the phone. At this point in time we are talking about a fairly basic feature. Not an issue with the other smartphones.
