Please first verify that the charger is working by trying to charge another USB-C device. Once certain that the charger is working as expected, place your device on the charger for an hour then press and hold the power button for 2 mins.
If it comes back up but does not fully boot let me know what it appears like.
If it does not come back on then a replacement device may be needed.
