It sounds that the camera may have been damaged internally from the drop. To verify please reboot your device into safe mode and see if the issue continues there in the default camera app.
Instructions to enter safe mode:<br><ol><li><p data-prewrap="true">Press and hold the power button until the "Power menu" appears</p></li><li><p data-prewrap="true">Press and hold on the "Restart" and a pop-up should appear to reboot to safe mode.</p></li><li><p data-prewrap="true">Press 'OK' and your device will reboot into safe mode.</p></li><li><p data-prewrap="true">You can verify you are in safe mode by seeing the "Safe mode" watermark in the lower-left of the screen.</p></li><li><p data-prewrap="true">In order to get back into normal boot mode, simply restart the device by either clicking 'Restart' in the power menu or by shutting down and rebooting.</p></li></ol> |

If issue continues in safe mode then i would suggest to place a service order for replacement.
