Recently, I got a Surface Duo the other day and everything was fine until this WFD Service Screen Mirroring has shown up in my notifications. I have done everything, but the factory reset and it still is not removing it from notifications. I do not know what it means and I would definitely like to know more. Please someone help me, I am going crazy trying to figure this out :) feels like I am being monitored on my own phone.

Are you using the Link to Windows feature?  Some of the functions there ask for permissions to mirror the screen onto the computer.

    Hello,

Could you please let us know what app is associated with the notification? The notification should say what app that is.

Could you also attach a screenshot showing the notification?

I have the same problem on my tablet and I found out that the application is called qualcomm I think.

The notification is there since I tried sharing the screen of my tablet onto our TV yesterday. It didn't work for some reason but since then the notification is there.
