Surface Duo 2 - Can't Update Android Version

Hi,

Just acquired Surface Duo 2 in Europe, started it and seems like everything is working fine, except the fact that it is saying about avaialble Android Update 3.21GB, but after downloading it, the device is not able to install it.

Getting those error messages:
Couldnt Update

Installation problem

Only option is to "Try again", but nothing happens.

Fresh device, issue happened at first attempt.

Already tried without sim card, or installing in airplane mode. Tried reset to factory settings twice. All failed.

Any advice?

    Solved the issue by manually installing the updated OS image on the device.

    Found the same with a replacement duo phone, fyi for others used the recovery image from: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-recovery-image
