Audio Issues Duo 2 - Software or Hardware/Known Bug?
Hi all,
Having an issue on the duo 2 where if I am playing music or audio apps or video apps on the speakers with the volume over @70% whilst using book mode or left screen in phone mode, then the screens freeze after a few seconds and require a lock/unlock and a volume reduction. It is related to the right hand speaker, as if I set audio to left speaker only it doesn't seem to occur. Whilst it occurs on audio/video apps, it does *not* seem to occur on calls or when gaming oddly.
The thing is, theres things that suggest to me this is a hardware fault (volume dependant, specifically right hand speaker so was wondering about power draw) but then also things suggesting its software (only occuring on certain apps/audio types, only affecting when left hand screen in use, the fact it locks the screens but still changes orientation and volume/power button continue working etc)so ia m totally unsure whether the item should be returned, or to sit and hope for a sotware update.
So I guess my questions are:
- Is there any way to find out if this is a known software bug on the MS side that a fix is being worked for?
- Is there any troubleshooting which can be done to better work out if its software or hardware?

2021-10-28T11:50:07+00:00 I've tried all of:
Spotify
YouTube music
Youtube
BBC sounds
Netflix
YouTube in browser
And all recreate the problem (I had initially thought it was just Spotify).
