Left surface bud not working

Went out for a run and taking out my surfacebuds didn't connect to my surface duo.

Turned on blue tooth, got the right ear bud working but the left bud doesn't work.

Un pair buds from duo and reconnect. Left bud still doesn't work.

The surface audio app declares the left bud is on and at 97% battery.

Idk i guess i will restart or run in silence

    Please try first updating your Surface Earbuds and test again if the issue persist. See this page for details to Update Surface Earbuds.

    If in case the issue persist, please proceed in doing a reset on the earbuds to factory settings (Reset Surface Earbuds).
