I cannot find my redeemed Azurez credits

If you've successfully redeemed your Azure for Startups credits in the Founders Hub but cannot see them in the Azure portal, here are a few steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Confirm Activation in Founders Hub

• Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub.
• On the Home page, look for an “Activate your Azure Account” button.
• If visible, click it and follow the steps to complete activation.
• If the button is not visible, your Azure account may already be activated.

2. Check Azure Subscription Type

• Go to the Azure Portal.
• Navigate to Subscriptions.
• Ensure your subscription type is listed as “Azure Sponsorship”.
• If it shows as Pay-As-You-Go, the credits may not be applied.

3. Check Azure Sponsorship Portal

• Go to the Azure Sponsorship Portal
• Log in with your Microsoft account and see if your sponsorship subscription is listed there
• If it is, click “Activate” — this sometimes completes the linkage process

4. Switch Azure Directory (if needed)

• In the Azure Portal, click your profile icon (top-right).
• Select “Switch Directory” and ensure you're in the correct one linked to your Founders Hub account.
