What kind of Microsoft365 subscription do you have?
I am unable to receive emails from my Microsoft 365 account.

I am able to send emails from my Microsoft 365 account but I cannot receive emails to this account. How do I fix this?

2025-07-03T18:00:08.4933333+00:00 It is the Microsoft email account that came with my website domain via GoDaddy. I've contacted GoDaddy and according to the information that they provided, my settings are correct. However, whenever I try to send to this account it bounces back with an "Invalid recipients were provided for the message... Domain unrouteable, possible DNS misconfiguration".
The catch is that I have no problem sending messages from this account. It's the receiving part that is not working.
