You’re likely hitting an Azure Application Gateway backend where the backend pool (website) is down, the AppGW health probes are failing, or a custom error page is not configured, so Azure returns a default placeholder with the string microsoft-azure-application-gateway/v2.
Since this error is coming from the server side (the App Gateway in front of the training website), there’s nothing you can fix from your end.
Try contacting the support team of the training website and inform them.
