Surface Pro 4 Battery not recognized

Hi,

I have replaced the original battery DYNR01 of my SP4 with G3HTA027H. But the new battery is not been recognized by surface and switched on only when connected to the mains.

On the logon screen it shows the battery symbol with X on it on the bottom right corner.

No battery symbol on the system tray.

No info on battery on the power settings screen.

No ACPI driver details under battery in the device manager.

Just wanted to know is this due to the fact that I replaced worth another type or something else is the cause.

I even updated the windows and firmware etc. But the issue is still there.

Any support in resolving this issue is much appreciated.
