We suggest the methods below to troubleshoot the battery issue:
- Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and check Windows Update.
- Check power settings. Settings > System > Power & sleep > Additional power settings> Change plan settings> Change advanced power settings> expand Battery
- Run the system file check in Windows 10.
- Install the drivers package. Download the driver and firmware for Surface, choose Surface Book 3 and click download on the next page. Please choose the .msi file that matches your current OS Build and click Next. After the download, runand installthe .msi then Restart the Surface Device.
