I have attempted many times to connect Bluetooth speaker Sony SRS40 and Headphones JBL Reflect BT Mini. My Surface Pro finds the device but when selected the dialog just continues to say connecting until I cancel the action this can be up to 20 minutes. Please don't tell me I need to have my updates up to date they are all automatic.

I've had the exact same problem now on 2 consecutive Surface Pro 4's. It shows the device (in this case LG TonePro's - which I've used on multiple Android and Apple devices) as paired but will not connect to it - and maddeningly there's no button to force it to connect like on every other device I've ever used Bluetooth with.

It seems to happen to me after my Surface has gone to sleep and woken up.
